Rights & Machine Use
Public access supports responsible discovery, retrieval, contextual summarisation and citation. It does not grant unrestricted permission for model training, fine-tuning, bulk dataset extraction, corpus replication, commercial redistribution or the creation of a substitute database. Attribution, canonical URLs, publication dates and source context should be preserved. Record-level rights and access controls take precedence where stated.
Metadata exports
Public metadata and CSV retrieval remain subject to these conditions and applicable record-level and original-holder rights. This interface does not export manuscripts or source PDFs, establish an archived source snapshot, or grant dataset creation, embedding, training, corpus replication or redistribution rights. Retrieval time is not a source-verification date.
